EUNetHTA Therapeutic medical devices methods guideline
Well not a full set of methods, but a review of specific challenges as compared to an assessment of medicinal products. The aim of this guideline is to identify those areas where specific HTA methods may be required and to propose best-practice solutions for these problems.  8 recommendations were made and are available here.
