A call has recently been advertised by ElectRx, DARPA's Electrical Prescriptions program for research proposals looking to develop "neuromodulation capabilities" that will "maximise the immunilogical, physical and mental health" of people in the military and veteransNeuromodulation isn't a new concept, it aims to electrically stimulate the spinal cord, brain or peripheral nerve
